Rampelotto ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.rampelotto.it website (the "Service").

Information we collect

We collect two types of information: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

Personally identifiable information: When you sign up (register) on our website, you become a subscriber and we may collect some personally identifiable information from you, which includes (but is not limited to): Your first name, last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Some of this information (such as email address) is required for registration. Cookies must be enabled on your computer in order to sign up as a subscriber.

Non-personally identifiable information: When you browse our website, even without registering, we also collect information that can uniquely identify your computer and/or web browser, including placing bits of information called cookies on your computer that send information back to us as you browse our website. Use of the information we collect

We use the information we collect in two ways:

1. We process your personal data to fulfill your orders, process payments, handle returns and refunds, provide you with information about your order and/or newly available products, complete a purchase in a retail store or online, provide you with product repair services, send you emails with event notices and product review emails, publish your product review, send you our newsletters, and send you targeted emails based on your purchase history and profile.

This information is not associated with any individuals name, as person who do not register do not provide their name to us.

Rampelotto uses the collected data for different purposes: to provide and maintain the service, to notify you of changes to our service, to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, if you choose to do so, to provide customer service and support, to provide analytics or valuable information to help us improve the service, to monitor the use of the service, to detect, prevent and correct technical problems.

With whom we share this information

Service providers: We may engage third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, provide Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing the use of our Service.These third parties will only have access to your personal information if they are performing these tasks on our behalf and are required not to use or disclose this information for any other purpose.

Google Analytics: We use a third-party software package (Google Analytics [www.google.com/analytics]) to collect statistics about our web visitors. As such, Google may collect information that may uniquely identify your computer and/or web browser (examples include, but are not limited to: IP addresses, browser and operating system versions, and screen resolutions). Google may also collect information such as the URL of the requested page. You can prevent your activities on the service from being made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Links to other websites: Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. When you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policies of each site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

Legal requirements: Rampelotto may disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation; protect and defend the rights or property of Rampelotto; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; protect against legal liability.

Data transfer: Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws are different from those in your jurisdiction. Aggregated data: We may share aggregated (non-personal) data or (non-personal) demographic data with third parties not affiliated with Rampelotto. Such data does not identify any individual, but rather describes a group of users. We do not have an opt-out option for sharing aggregated data.

Security of Data

We will make all reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, including restricting access to your information to only those individuals who have a need to know. If we learn of a security breach, we will post a notice on our website. This is the only notice we will provide.

Accuracy of Information

You may log on to our website at any time to review and correct some of the personally identifiable information we collect (such as name/address/email). Some information that can uniquely identify your computer and/or web browser (as mentioned above) is collected in log files and cannot be changed once the information is written to the log files.

Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw a given consent, according to art. 7, paragraph 3 GDPR, the right of access, according to art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification, according to art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’), according to art. 17 GDPR, the right to the restriction of processing, according to art. 18 GDPR, the right to object, according to art. 21 GDPR and the right to data portability, according to art. 20 GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 77 GDPR). In Italy the complaint shall be lodged to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) in Rome (www.garanteprivacy.it).
